Crazy Brazillian undergoes Surgery to become Dog

Dude before Surgery

I have heard, seen or even done some crazy things myself...in the past and even presently we have heard of people under going for one form of surgery to another, to alter; increase or reduce one part of their bodies to either look better or something. 

But, folks NEVER before have I heard of this. "Man Undergoes Face Surgery To Become Dog". whats his aim? does he have a family? I don't even know what questions to ask or how to ascertain his real motive. This feels like something out of a comic book, or a movie or something.
